ASU Learner Registration Form

The information you provide in this form will be used to initiate your student’s Arizona State University (ASU) account through Dual Enrollment Choice. If your student already has an existing ASURITE User ID, this form also allows us to link that ID to our partnership.

Upon submitting this form, we will proceed with either creating a new ASURITE User ID or connecting an existing one to Dual Enrollment Choice. We will not enroll your student in any courses until you have given final confirmation.

After the registration is processed by ASU, you’ll receive an email from the university with your student’s ASURITE User ID and instructions for activating their ASU account. Once the account is activated, we’ll be able to move forward with course enrollment.
